Pregnancy Yoga
My Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to help women and birthing people feel energised and relaxed during their pregnancy and to assist with preparation for birth. The class is a mixture of movement, birth preparation, community building, mindfulness and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary and all birth choices are welcome.

Baby Massage and Transitioning to Motherhood
This online course includes mindful massage and movement for babies, and gentle postnatal yoga creating a safe haven in which trust can be nourished and a strong bond established.
This is achieved through loving touch, gentle exercises and relaxation.
This course goes through all the basics of massage, handling, holding, soothing and transitioning to motherhood. We do a little postnatal yoga in there too- very gentle movement, mindfulness and reconnecting with our bodies.
When you enroll in this course you also join The Baby Village at the same time so you have access to supportive community of meet ups and online resources and social groups to make new friends helping you to meet the challenges of becoming a new parent.
Suitable from birth


Parent and Baby Yoga
Baby yoga incorporates gentle stretching and movements with song. It helps build coordination and balance whilst assisting babies’ physical, emotional and social development. It can also be useful in aiding digestive or sleeping difficulty.
The yoga for the parents focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving posture and balance, relieving the common postnatal aches and pains, and of course enjoying a deep relaxation with our babies at the end of each class. There is time in each class for parents to have a chat and form friendships in this accepting and non judgemental environment.
Each class creates an environment to deepen your bond and restore your calm.
Classes are taught in courses that follow the school half terms.

Parent and Baby Wrigglers
These classes are designed for mobile babies with more playful and dynamic movement and massage, songs and practices to learn about their bodies. Babies are free to move around and explore the space as they wish, building social skills and confidence within the group at their own pace. At this stage parent yoga becomes more dynamic as well, with opportunities to build strength, balance, patience and relaxation skills as you move towards the toddler years.
This is a great place to reset your mind and body for the week with mindful practice tailored to this busy and exciting stage of life.
