Adhoc Support Sessions
As a professional counselor and with over ten years professional experience working with families from pregnancy through the child rearing years, I know just how transformative it can be to have experienced, non judgemental and nurturing support whilst you navigate life.
These sessions are available for when you need brief support space as you navigate the an aspect of childrearing, or a 'top-up' around a particular issue. Each support session is tailored to your personal needs and wishes.
Sessions can be online (in the UK and abroad). I can sometimes offer face to face sessions in central Cambridge.
How might support sessions be helpful?
There are many reasons that families might want some support at this time, including:

Wanting support with a particular challenge that has arisen in life

wanting emotional support when pregnancy is difficult, for whatever reason

pregnancy yoga/meditation/mindfulness sessions tailored to your needs

Talking sessions can be taken whilst we walk with your baby if that’s what the day calls for.
