Pregnancy Yoga

My Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to help women and birthing people feel energised and relaxed during their pregnancy and to assist with preparation for birth.

Pregnancy Yoga

The class is a mixture of movement, birth preparation, community building, mindfulness and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary and all birth choices are welcome.

Monday 6:15pm – 7:45pm 

Mill Rd Studio, Satyam Yoga Centre

These classes are often full and you may need to book a few weeks in advance to secure a spot.
