Sometimes you don't need ongoing therapy. Sometimes you just need a bit of support with an experienced and trusted professional. These 50-minute online sessions offer a calm, confidential space to pause, think, and be supported. You might be navigating a particular challenge, feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult decision, processing a recent event, or simply wanting some space to make sense of what's going on. Sessions are available on an adhoc basis when I have cancellations or additional availability, so they may not always be available. This is a one-off session rather than a commitment to ongoing counselling, although if we feel further support would be helpful, we can discuss the options available at the end of the session. Sessions take place online via Zoom. You're welcome to attend from anywhere that's comfortable and private. If you have a young baby in arms, they are very welcome to be with you during the session. Please read the Terms & Conditions below before booking. Payment is taken at the time of booking, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Terms and Conditions When you book, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a session, please note that the I require 48hrs notice, otherwise the full fee is still payable. This is because through holding this session as booked in my diary, I may have turned away other work. The only exceptions to this are bereavements and hospitalisations. Confidentiality All sessions are strictly confidential. Please note that I have fortnightly professional supervision in which I discuss my work. If you are attending my classes, I will never bring up the content of these private sessions in a class setting. The only reason I will break confidentiality is if I feel concerned that you or someone you tell me about is at serious risk of harm. This is a professional safeguarding duty. Wherever possible, I would always try to talk to you about this first.
