Support Sessions Terms and Conditions When you book, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a session, please note that the I require 48hrs notice, otherwise the full fee is still payable. This is because through holding this session as booked in my diary, I may have turned away other work. The only exceptions to this are bereavements and hospitalisations. Confidentiality All sessions are strictly confidential. Please note that I have fortnightly professional supervision in which I discuss my work, but I anonymise clients in these sessions. If you are attending my classes, I will never bring up the content of these private sessions in a class setting. The only reason I will break confidentiality is if I feel concerned that you or someone you tell me about is at serious risk of harm. This is a professional safeguarding duty. Wherever possible, I will always try to talk to you about this first.
