Sign in at 8 for some gentle stretching prompts before we start (this can be done in the position you'll be in for the relaxation).

Relaxation practice starts promptly at 8:10pm.

These sessions run approximately every four weeks.

Once on the booking page, you can search for next available session or scroll through the calender to see the red dot underneath the Fridays when these sessions are running. 

Book one at a time, or for multiple bookings, add each date into your cart and then checkout at the end.
