Postnatal Yoga workshops

Body and Being- next date March 17th – 12pm – 230pm

This workshop is aimed for women from 6 weeks- 12 months postnatally but you are welcome to come at any point after having a baby if you wish to.
This workshops will consist of deep healing and toning work through physical postures and the breath. We will reconnect with the need to nurture ourselves, exploring our new postnatal bodies, processing and working towards acceptance of our experiences of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
We will explore gentle but deep physical poses and pranayama for postnatal healing, recovery and relaxation.  There will also be cake and time for discussion. It will be a small intimate group (only 8 places per workshop).
These workshops are body positive and suitable for all levels of yoga experience and fitness.
I really enjoyed the whole workshop. However there was an affirmation during the first part of the workshop that was incredibly powerful. Caesarian Birth Workshop -MArch 17th 2.45pm- 5.15pm
This workshop is aimed for women from 12 weeks- 12 months postnatally but you are welcome to come at any point after having a baby if you wish to.
This workshops will cover healing posture and breath work for the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.  We also go through an emotionally and physically healing self massage technique to help the birth scar/line to heal both on the surface and in the deeper layers of the body.
